- How do I get my refund?
Refunds are issued via Direct Deposit or check by mail.
Direct Deposit: Log in to my.okstate.edu, click the Bursar icon, then the Refund tab to set up direct deposit.
Check: Refund checks are mailed weekly to billing addresses.
- When is my bursar bill due?
Bills are issued on the first business day of each month, with payment due upon receipt. Late payments after the 20th incur a 1.5% penalty.
- Who is responsible for paying my bursar bill?
The student is responsible for keeping the account current to avoid delinquency and potential credit issues.
- How do I pay online with a web check?
Log in to my.okstate.edu, click the Bursar icon, and select Make Payment. Guests can pay using the guest payment link with CWID, birth date, and amount. Web check payments have a ten-business-day delay for clearing financial holds.
- How does my sponsorship agency pay my bursar bill?
Students must provide the Bursar’s office with Sponsorship Documentation Form each semester. If the agency doesn’t pay, the charges are transferred back to the student.
- How do I change my Title IV authorization?
In accordance with federal regulations, an institution must allow a student the opportunity to restrict the use of their Title IV, HEA program funds to pay for only current semester qualified charges on their Bursar account or pay prior-year charges, not to exceed $200.
OSUIT policy mandates outstanding balances must be cleared prior to attending subsequent semesters and holds are placed on the student's academic record, thereby preventing release of a transcript or diploma until the account has been paid.
If you need to make a change to your Title IV authorization, please fill out this form and return it to the Bursar office.
