As a student, you have a wealth of choices to choose from when it comes to on-campus housing. Each residence hall has its own unique set of features and prices.

Whether you need trimester housing (year-round housing) or two semester housing (fall/spring, etc.), or internship housing (8-weeks), you can find it on-campus. Residential Life is sensitive to the needs of our residents, and we make every effort to make your experiences the best that they can be. There are Residential Life staff on campus 24 hours a day with the exception of University break periods. OSU Institute of Technology boasts one of the safest campuses in Oklahoma.

Traditional Student Dorms

• Miller-Kamm North & South Halls

  This coed facility provides private furnished rooms with semi-private baths. Each room has cable and access to the Internet.

   

  Laundry facilities, study rooms, and student gathering areas are included in each building. Laundry facilities on site are now free to use and are a part of the housing cost.  Students currently enrolled and living on campus will have priority in housing assignments to the newest residence halls. First time students in the fall will be assigned space on a ‘first come first served’ basis. 

   

  Students not assigned to the new residence halls will be assigned to Hannigan and England Halls and then to Lackey Hall.

• Hannigan & England Halls

  Hannigan & England Halls house both men and women and are two-story halls. These furnished rooms are shared, and provide semi-private bath facilities and outside entrances. Each room has local telephone service, cable and access to the internet.

• Lackey Hall

  Lackey Hall is a three-story all male residence Hall with shared rooms and a community bathroom on each floor. Each room has local telephone service, cable and access to the Internet. Lackey Hall is currently used to house new male traditional residents primarily for the fall and spring semesters.  Nearby is unlimited use laundry facilities that are included with the cost of housing.

• Alexander Hall

  This facility provides private apartments for single parents, married or nontraditional students. Each room has local telephone service, cable and access to the Internet. Full kitchen and washer/dryer are included in each apartment. Students currently enrolled and living on campus will have priority in housing assignments to the new residence halls. First time students in the fall will be assigned space on a first come, first served basis.
